Spring has Sprung; New things have begun!!!!!

Well, hello everyone!

     Thanks for tuning in for another edition of our nifty newsletter. We've been pretty busy trying to get things taken care of in the background with potential new possibilities. While they didn't pan out this time, it opened up some ideas to us for the future and for things to consider. With all said and done, we have officially locked in our date for Saturday, October 27th, 2018 at the Onslow Pines Park. 
     We've already received some reservations from vendors, information booths, and even entertainment! I'm super pleased that we've gotten so much feedback and excitement from both the public and from our own participants. Believe me, when I say, I truly hope that this event will be a success. I know that the first year will be a hard one, but it will be well worth it for our community. Every person that I've personally discussed this event with is delighted to have the event in our own backyard and thinks this is long overdue for our area since the last event. I know with everyone's help, guidance, and participation, we'll do all that we can to bring this event to new heights each year. 
     Now that we've determined the exact location and date of the event, we've also decided to add a special vendor space and price to our options. Now our vendors can choose a vendor space of either 10x10 space for $51.75 (with taxes included) or a 5x10 space for $26.75 (with taxes included). The 5x10 space works out great for those who are just starting their inventory, are only doing readings, or plainly don't require a full 10x10 space. Walmart does sell small canopies as one of my co-coordinators did discover or you can use a beach umbrella. 
    We want to say a big thank you to CNC Raleigh for their donation of items to our event. These items will greatly help us in our endeavors to build and grow into a beautiful festival. We also want to say thank you to our sponsors again for their donations and our vendors for signing up to be apart of our event. 
     Of course, we're always in need of vendors, entertainment, information booths (ie covens/groups), and of course sponsors. :) If you would like to be apart of the event in any compacity, even a volunteer, please reach out to us and let us know! We would love to have you join us! As they say... Join the dark side... We have cookies. ;)
